2019 Mapleton Primary Parade Information

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2019 PARADE

IS NOW OPEN

THEME:  “Growing with Traditions”

We are so excited to be a part of the traditional Mapleton Pioneer Primary Parade.  

We are excited to have YOU join with us in celebrating this event which honors

our pioneer forefathers.  

This year the theme for the parade is "Growing with Traditions".

The parade will be held on Saturday, July 20, with staging beginning at 7:00 a.m.

All parade entries must do the following:

1. Fill out and submit the Entry Form (found on the tab above) by July 10th.

2. Fill out the UDOT WAIVER FORM (found on the tab above) (one per Primary/Organization).

3. Read the Parade rules (found on the tab above) regarding important information.

Local Business or Walkers passing out flyers without floats

1. Fill out and email to us the entry form found on the tab at the top of the blog.

2  Pay $25 fee to Mapleton City at the Mapleton City office building

3  Email UDOT form for each organization in the parade to brian.buffykraft@gmail.com by July 1, 2019

(Those passing out flyers without paying the fee will be fined for littering.)

MUST NOT HAVE ANY FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS OR ADVERTISEMENT ANYWHERE!

Local Family Floats and/or Antique Vehicles

1.  Fill out and email to us the entry form found on the tab at the top of the blog

MUST NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS ADVERTISEMENTS ANYWHERE!

ALL participants--veterans, grand marshall, dignitaries, drivers of vehicles,

walking participants--need a UDOT waiver form for each vehicle.

Veteran Participation:

Participants will need a signed UDOT waiver for each person.
